How does FAQ work
As we are asked questions we will put them here to assist others.
What is the maximum file size that can be uploaded?
The maximum file size that can be uploaded to our website is 10MB
How long will it take to deliver once order is placed?
We aim to get the sample artwork to you within 5 working days. It is often faster than that.
Can I order a print as well as a digital file of the final image for future use?
Yes you can. We email a digital file of your final image for you to download and save, regardless of whether or not you have ordered prints. This gives you the freedom to use the file as and when you wish. If you decide to order prints, posters or canvases you can select this option at the checkout.
Can I order T shirts or any of your photo gifts using this image at a later date?
Yes you can do this. Simply visit our website at www.kodakporthcawl.co.uk, select the product required and follow the instructions.
Do you keep a copy of the final digital art?
No we don't. Once you have accepted and downloaded your new image we no longer keep a copy. As you can imagine, it would not be practical for us to keep all images due to the size of the files and our customer base. The customer will have the only copy of the finished work.
What if I am not happy with the work you have done for me?
We send all final work with a watermark to you, for your approval. At this time you can ask for rework to be carried out if you are not entirely satisfied with the job.
Our customers are extremely valuable to us, so we always aim to please. We will try our hardest to achieve the best possible results from your originals. However, you are not allowed to change original instructions. If you do, you will be charged for redoing the work.
